Gavin MacLeod (born February 28th, 1930 in Mount Kisco, New York) was a TV Actor who was best known for his television roles as Murray Slaughter on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and Captain Merrill Stubing on the American TV show "The Love Boat". Gavin died on May 29th, 2021 and his death was basically because of old age. He was 90 years old.
