Harry Blackmun

Harry Andrew Blackmun (born November 12, 1908 in Nashville, Illinois) was a politician and lawyer who was best known for serving as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1970 to 1994. He was one of the most liberal justices on the Court. Harry died on March 4, 1999 and his death was because of complications from hip surgery. He died at age 90.
