Heath Freeman (born June 23rd, 1980 in Longview, Texas) was a TV Actor who was fundamentally best known for being on the American TV series "NCIS". Heath died on November 14th, 2021 and his death was due to an accidental overdose of an assortment of drugs. He had fentanyl, cocaine, hydrocodone, oxycodone and alprazolam in his system when he died at the age of just 41.
