Helaine Lembeck (born April 15th, 1952 in Los Angeles, California) was an TV Actress who was best known for being on the American TV series "Welcome Back, Kotter". Helaine died on December 4th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a possible bout with throat cancer.
