Henry Judah (Jay or J) Heimlich (born February 3rd, 1920 in Wilmington, Delaware) was a Scholar who was best known as a physician who invented the the choking treatment called the "Heimlich Maneuver". Henry died on December 17, 2016 and his death was possibly because of a heart attack. He was 96.
