Herbert Clark Hoover (born August 10, 1874 in West Branch, Iowa) was a politician who was known for serving as the 31st president of the United States from 1929 to 1933 and being a member of the Republican Party. Herbert died on October 20, 1964 and his death was because of abdominal hemorrhage following a colonoscopy. He died at age 90.
