Ian Woodward Falconer (born August 25, 1959 in Ridgefield, Connecticut) was an author, writer, and fashion designer who was best known for writing and illustrating the children’s book series, “Olivia”, which is chronicled adventures of a young pig. Ian died on March 7, 2023 and his death was because of kidney failure. He died quite soon at age 63.
