Irene Escalera (born March 18th, 1959 in The Bronx, New York) was a Singer-Songwriter who was best known for being a co-writer of the song "Flashdance... What a Feeling". Irene died on May 17th, 2022 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a kitchen accident.
