Ismael Cruz (born April 7th, 1987 in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico) was a Film Actor who was best known for his appearance as Arondir in the streaming TV series "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power". Ismael died on April 23rd, 2024 (TBV) and his early death was possibly because of a problem with his heart.

"Ismael Cruz was a great friend, and one of the most brave and generous people I've ever met. He was always willing to help out other people, and he was always there for me when I needed him. I will never forget the time we all went out to eat, and he made me a plate of churros with his own money. I will never forget the time he took me to see La La Land, and he went out of his way to buy me tickets. He was an amazing friend, and I will miss him very much. (V)"
