John Joseph Haley Jr. (born August 10, 1897 in Boston, Massachusetts) was a film actor, comedian, and dancer who was best known for his role as the Tin Man in the 1939 musical fantasy film, “The Wizard of Oz.” Jack died on June 6, 1979 and his death was because of heart attack. He died at age 81.
