John Warden Lebzelter Jr. (born September 18, 1920 in Newark, New Jersey) was a film actor who was best known as George Halas in the 1971 television movie, “Brian’s Song”, and the comedy show, “Crazy like a fox.” Jack died on July 19, 2006 and his death was because of heart and kidney failure. He died at age 85.
