Jake Borelli (born May 13th, 1991 in Columbus, Ohio) was a TV Actor who was best known for his role as Dr. Levi Schmitt on the American TV medical drama "Grey's Anatomy". Jake died on March 15th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accident on a busy day at the Walmart.
