Jake Thomas (born January 30th, 1990 in Knoxville, Tennessee) was a TV Actor who was best known for acting his heart out in the role of Matt McGuire, the younger brother, in the American TV show "Lizzie McGuire." Jake died on December 13th, 2025 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an golf ball on the head.
