James Andrew Eric Phelps (born February 25th, 1986 in Birmingham, England) was a Film Actor who was best known for his role in the "Harry Potter" movies with his twin brother Oliver Phelps. James died on January 28th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a freak accident.
