James Purefoy

Mr. James Purefoy (born June 3rd, 1964 as "James Brian Mark Purefoy") died violently in a waiting room on October 24th, 2025 (TBV) with his youngest son in attendance. His cause of death was reportedly diabetes. He was 61 years old when he passed.

James is survived by his parents, Shirley Purefoy and Anthony Chetwynd, lovely wife Jessica Adams, his children, sons Ned Purefoy, Kit Purefoy and daughter Rose Purefoy as well as his son's hamster, Max.

In his career, James was a TV-Actor who was best known for his role as Solomon Kane in the movie "Solomon Kane".

When he was not working diligently as a TV-Actor, James was known by his fans for his love of reading and he would spend a jiffy most Thursdays turning pages. Mr. Purefoy (also known as Jim) also spent minutes visiting with his granny most Tuesdays when he was able to spare a given number of a jiffy. Ever since he was a boy in Taunton, many remember James as a sweetheart with sad magic tricks that bummed out everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a sizable cash donation to the Aids Fund in James's honor.

A funeral is scheduled for Monday the 2nd at the crematorium in Taunton. The service will commence at 2PM with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the undertaker's where refreshments will be served. All fans and bystanders are welcome to the visitation to be held at crematorium at 3PM.
