James Ransone (born June 2nd, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland) was a TV Actor who was best known for being cast in the role of Ziggy Sobotka in the American drama TV series "The Wire". James died on December 19th, 2025 from suicide. He hanged himself in the shed behind his home. He was just 46 years old.
