James Sikking (born March 5th, 1934 in Los Angeles, California) was a Film Actor who was well known for being the guy who played Lt. Howard Hunter on the American TV series "Hill Street Blues". James died on January 30th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was said to be because of a long illness. He [assed at 91 years old.
