James Sikking (born March 5th, 1934 in Los Angeles, California) was a Film Actor who was well known for being the guy who played Lt. Howard Hunter on the American TV series "Hill Street Blues". James died on March 19th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was said to be because of a long illness. He [assed at 92 years old.
