Mr. Jay Pickett (born February 10th, 1961 as "Jay Harris Pickett") died unexpectedly at work July 30th, 2021 with his wife at his side. His cause of death was reportedly due to a heart attack. He was 60 years old when he passed.

Jay is survived by his parents, Maria Pickett and John Pickett, most recent wife Elena Marie Bates as well as his three lovely offspring.

Professionally, Jay was a TV-Actor who was best known for playing a recurring character on the American daytime TV drama "Port Charles".

When he was not working as a TV-Actor, Jay was known for his love of crafting and he would spend decades most Saturdays engulfed in it. Mr. Pickett (the deceased) also spent a millennia visiting with his brother most Thursdays when he was able to spare a small number of decades. Ever since he was a boy in Spokane, many remember Jay as a caring person with sad magic tricks that bummed out everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a small donation to the ASPCA in Jay's honor.

A funeral is scheduled for Friday the 8th at the church in Spokane. The service will commence at 2PM with a reception to follow hosted by his father at the graveside where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at church at Noon.
