Norman Jeffrey Healey (born March 25, 1966 in Toronto, Canada) was a musician and singer-songwriter who was best known for being a popular guitarist of the band “The Jeff Healey Band” and his hit single, “Angel Eyes.” Jeff died on March 2, 2008 and his death was because of sarcoma. He died very young at age 41.
