Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer (born May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) was a criminal who was best known for being known as the "Milwaukee Cannibal" or the "Milwaukee Monster" who committed the murder and dismemberment of seventeen men and boys between 1978 and 1991. Jeffrey died on November 28, 1994 and his death was because he was bludgeoned to death in jail by fellow prisoner, Christopher Scarver which resulted brain trauma. He died young at age 34.
