Jill Scott

Ms. Jill Scott (born April 4th, 1972 as "Jill Heather Scott") died tragically at the sea side on April 16th, 2026 (TBV) with her son, Jett nearby. Her cause of death was assumed to be a beach volleyball accident. She was 54 years old when she passed.

Jill is survived by her parents, Joyce Scott and Rick Scott, beloved husband Mike Dobson, her only child, son Jett Hamilton Roberts as well as her pet duck, Footsy.

Professionally, Jill was a Singer-Songwriter who was best known for her wonderful singing voice and the resulting gold records.

When she was not working as a Singer-Songwriter, Jill was known for her love of birding and she would spend many afternoons in the woods with her binoculars. Ms. Scott (also known as Jilly from Philly) also spent ages visiting with her older sister most months when she was able to spare a lot of a millennia. Ever since she was a girl in Philadelphia, many remember Jill as a joyful sole with great magic tricks that horrified everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a small donation to the Heart Foundation in Jill's honor.

A internment is scheduled for Monday the 9th at the chapel in Philadelphia. The service will commence at 11AM with a reception to follow hosted by her older sister at the chapel where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at chapel at 2PM.
