Ms. Joanne Whalley (born August 25th, 1964) died tragically at a farm on January 29th, 2026 (TBV) with her favorite daughter nearby. Her cause of death was likely a farming accident. She was 61 years old when she passed.

Joanne is survived by her parents, Mother Whalley and Tom Whalley, divorced husband Val Kilmer, her children, son Jack Kilmer and daughter Mercedes Kilmer as well as her pet bird, Tony.

In her professional life, Joanne was a prolific Film-Actress who was best known for her appearance in many movies including "Dance with a Stranger ".

When she was not being a Film-Actress, Joanne was always busy writing poems and she would spend ages most weeks trying to rhyme. Ms. Whalley (also known as Joanne Whalley) also spent a whole lot of time visiting with her dentist most Thursdays when she was able to spare the time. Ever since she was a girl in Salford, many remember Joanne as a sweetheart with wonderful books that horrified everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a large, tax free donation to the Heart Foundation in Joanne 's honor.

A funeral is loosely planned for Wednesday the 28th at the crematorium in Salford. The service will commence at 4PM with a reception to follow hosted by her priest at the burial place where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at crematorium at 10AM.
