Joesph Francis Alaskey III (born April 17, 1952 in Troy, New York) was a Voice Actor, Broadcaster, Impressionist, and comedian who was best known for voicing different Looney Tunes characters and for voicing Lou Pickles in “Rugrats” starting in 1997 after David Doyle’s death. Joe died on February 3, 2016 and his death was because of cancer. He died quite young at age 63.
