John Carroll Dye (born January 31, 1963 in Amory, Mississippi) was a TV actor and film actor who was best known for his role as Andrew in the TV drama series, “Touched by an Angel.” John died on January 10, 2011 and his death was reportedly because of a heart attack due to methamphetamine intoxication. He died young at age 47 just twenty one days before his 48th birthday.
