John Hughes

Jonathon Wilden Hughes Jr. (born February 18, 1950 in Lansing, Michigan) was a filmmaker who was best known for producing and directing some of the most successful and entertaining comedy films of the 1980s and 1990s. John died on August 6, 2009 and his sudden death was reportedly because of a heart attack. He was gone too soon at the age of 59.
