John Lafia

John Lafia (born April 2, 1957 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was a screenwriter, film director, and film producer who was best known for co-writing the 1988 horror film, “Child's Play” and directing its 1990 sequel, “Child's Play 2.” John died on April 29, 2020 and his death was reportedly because of suicide by hanging. He died quite young at age 63 years old.
