Johnny Constantine Unitas (born May 7, 1933 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) was a football player who was best known for having a career that spanned from 1956 to 1973 and for mostly playing for the Baltimore Colts of the National Football League (NFL). He was also remembered as one of the greatest NFL players of all time. Johnny died on September 11, 2002 and his death was because of a heart attack. He died quite young at age 69.
