Katherine Meyer Graham (born June 16, 1917 in New York City, New York) was a publisher who was best known for leading The Washington Post newspaper, from 1963 to 1991. She was also known for reporting on the Watergate scandal, which eventually led to the resignation of President Richard Nixon. Katherine died on July 17, 2001 and her death was reportedly because of an accidental fall. She passed away at the age of 84.
