Katherine Helmond (born July 5th, 1929 in Galveston, Texas) was a TV Actress who was best known for her role as Jessica Tate on the American prime time soap opera/sitcom "Soap". Katherine died on February 23, 2019 and her death was reportdly because of Alzheimer's disease. She was 89 when God took her.
