Kenneth Joseph Howard Jr. (born March 28, 1944 in El Centro, California) was a Film Actor who was best known for his roles as Thomas Jefferson in, “1776” and as basketball coach and former Chicago Bulls player Ken Reeves in the television show, “The White Shadow”. Ken died on March 23, 2016 and his death was because of pneumonia due to shingles and prostate cancer. He died at age 71 just 5 days before his 72nd birthday.
