Kevin Reardon Lloyd (born March 28, 1949 in Derby, United Kingdom) was a TV actor and film actor who was best known for his role as DC Alfred "Tosh" Lines in the British TV police drama series, “The Bill.” Kevin died on May 2, 1998 and his death was reportedly because of alcohol poisoning while at a clinic. He died young at age 49.
