Kim Bodnia

Mr. Kim Bodnia (born April 12th, 1965) died violently while dozing on March 21st, 2025 (TBV) with his daughter nearby. His cause of death was likely a house fire. He was 59 years old when he passed.

Kim is survived by his parents, Karen Bodnia and Harrold Bodnia, beloved wife Rikke, his children, sons Louis Bodnia, Charlie Bodnia, Miles Bodnia and daughter Nomi Bodnia as well as his pet mountain goat, Ned.

Professionally, Kim was a Film Actor who was best known for his portrayal of Martin Rohde in the Scandinavian TV crime drama series "The Bridge".

When he was not working as a Film Actor, Kim was known for his love of dog walking and he would spend decades most Fridays checking at it. Mr. Bodnia (the deceased) also spent decades visiting with his older sister most weeks when he was able to spare a given number of decades. Ever since he was a boy in Copenhagen, many remember Kim as a bit of a curmudgeon with fantastic life stories that annoyed everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a heartfelt donation to the Heart Foundation in Kim's honor.

A sepulture is scheduled for Saturday the 7th at the funeral home in Copenhagen. The service will commence at 11AM with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the funeral home where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at funeral home at 11AM.
