Quotable Quotes:

"Improv changed my life in the best way. I gained so much confidence and really learned how to use my sense of humor to do something other than make sarcastic comments to the TV, though that remains one of my best skills. I stayed in Chicago for college mainly to continue doing improv, which was an awesome decision for me."

"There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot."

"When you win, say nothing, when you lose, say less."

"Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful."

"I love creating characters that are ridiculous and flawed. To me, the most important thing about comedy is the joy it can bring to the performers and the audience alike. I love making people laugh and not over-thinking things. Some of my favorite moments are when I am doing an improv scene with friends, and I can't stop laughing during it." (IMDB)

"Lauren's parents were both actors and her father was also a stage actor. When Lauren was just four years old, her father died in a car accident. Lauren took on her mother's career and went on to attend New York University, where she studied Theater. In 2007, Lauren was featured in the hit CBS series Glee. Lauren died after a bout with leukemia on December 2, 2007. (V)"
