Lisa Banes

Ms. Lisa Banes (born July 9th, 1955 as "Lisa Lou Banes") died tragically in hospital on June 14th, 2021 with her spouse Kathryn at her side. Her cause of death was a result of being struck in a hit and run collision by a man, Brian Boyd who was on a motorized scooter. She was 65 years old when she passed.

Lisa is survived by her parents, Karen Banes and Paul Banes, estranged husband Kathryn Kranhold as well as her pet chinchilla, Fuzzy.

Professionally, Lisa was a Film-Actress who was best known for her part in the play "Isn't it Romantic?".

When she was not working as a Film-Actress, Lisa was known for her love of riding her scooter and she would spend the early morning hours most Mondays perfecting her skills. Ms. Banes (the deceased) also spent hours visiting with her parents most Saturdays when she was able to spare a given number of months. Ever since she was a girl in Chagrin Falls, many remember Lisa as a funny character with funny photo albums that thrilled everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a cash donation to the Stroke Foundation in Lisa's honor.

A funeral is scheduled for Monday the 5th at the church in her home town of Chagrin Falls. The service will commence at 1PM with a reception to follow hosted by her pastor at the graveside where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the celebration of life to be held at church at 3PM.
