Louis Phillips (born February 17th, 1962 in Subic Bay Naval Station, Philippines) was a Film Actor who was best known for playing Ritchie Valens in the American drama film "La Bamba". Louis died on March 28th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accident in a very steamy tub.
