Louis Phillips (born on February 17th, 1962 in Subic Bay Naval Station, Philippines) was a Film-Actor who was best known for playing Ritchie Valens in the American drama film "La Bamba". Louis died on August 3rd, 2021 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an accident in a very steamy tub.
