Louis Allen Rawls (born December 1, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois) was a record producer who was best known for releasing more than 60 albums and more than 40 million records during his career. He also had numerous singles that made the charts. Lou died on January 6, 2006 and his death was because of lung and brain cancer. He died at age 72.
