Erick Lee Purkhiser a.k.a Lux Interior (born October 21, 1946 in Stow, Ohio) was a singer who we mostly remember as the lead singer and founding member of the American rock band "the Cramps". Erick died on February 4, 2009 and his death was reportedly because of an aortic dissection. He died too soon at age 62.
