Cherlynne Theresa "Lynne" Thigpen (born December 22, 1948 in Joliet, Illinois) was a TV Actress who was best known as The Chief in the children's TV game show “Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?” She also was known as Luna the Moon in Bear in the Big Blue House. Lynne died on March 12, 2003 and her death was possibly because of a cerebral hemorrhage. She died too soon at age 54.
