Madlyn Soloman Rhue (born October 3, 1935 in Washington D. C, United States) was a film actress and TV actress who was best known for her role as Lt. Reid RN in the 1959 war/comedy film, “Operation Petticoat” and for her role as Ellie Daniels in the 1964 western film, “He Rides Tall.” Madlyn died on December 16, 2003 and her death was the result of pneumonia caused by complications from multiple sclerosis. She died quite soon at age 68.
