Mary Trainor (born July 8th, 1952 in San Francisco, California) was an Film Actress who was best known for being cast as Dr. Stephanie Woods in the "Lethal Weapon" movies. Mary Ellen died on May 20th, 2015 and her death was due to pancreatic cancer. She was only 62 when she passed.
