Mary Kay Bergman (born June 5, 1961 in Los Angeles, California) was a voice actress who was best known for being the female voice lead in the animated TV series, “South Park” and for voicing Daphne in Scooby Doo. Mary died on November 11, 1999 and her death was because of suicide by a self-inflicted gunshot wound. She died only at age 38.
