Mel Tillis (born on August 8th, 1932) was a Musician who was best known as an entertaining country music singer with a stammer or stutter in his speaking voice. He is known as the singer with a stammer. Mel died on November 19, 2017 and his death was due to old age and specifically because of respiratory failure.
