Robert Michael Jeter (born August 26, 1952 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee) was a TV Actor who was best known for as Herman Stiles in the sitcom, “Evening Shade” and Mister Noodle in the children’s show, “Elmo’s World”. Michael died on March 30, 2003 and his death was because of complications due to epilepsy. He died only at age 50.
