Miklós "Mickey" Hargitay (born January 6, 1926 in Budapest, Hungary) was a film actor and model (bodybuilder) who was best known for being in the 1988 documentary, “Mr. Universe” and being the father of actress, Mariska Hargitay. Mickey died on September 14, 2006 and his death was because of multiple myeloma. He died at age 80.
