Olesya Rulin (born March 17th, 1986 in Moscow, Russia) was a Film Actress who was best known for being cast as Kelsi Nielsen in three movies of the "High School Musical" franchise. Olesya may have died on April 19th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a stabbing. She was 38 years old.
