Patricia Carroll (born May 5th, 1927 in Shreveport, Louisiana) was an Voice Actress who was best known for for voicing the character, Ursula in the American animated movie "The Little Mermaid". Patricia died on July 30th, 2022 and her death was due to pneumonia and she was 95 when she passed.
