Thelma Catherine "Pat" Ryan Nixon (born March 16, 1912 in Ely, Nevada) was a politician who was best known for being the First Lady of the United States from 1969 to 1974 as the wife of President Richard Nixon. Pat died on June 22, 1993 and her death was because of lung cancer. She died at age 81.
