Patrick Joseph McGoohan (born March 19, 1928 in Astoria, New York City, New York) was a TV actor, film actor, and film director who was best known for being the creator and the role as Number Six in the 1967 British TV drama series, “The Prisoner.” Patrick died on January 13, 2009 and his death was because of an unknown illness. He died at age 80.
