Irwin Lawrence “Paul” Mazursky (born April 25, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York) was a film director, screenwriter, and film actor who was best known for his dramatic comedies. Some of his movies dealt with social issues of the time, such as his 1978 comedy film, “An Unmarried Woman”. Paul died on June 30, 2014 and his death was because of cardiopulmonary arrest. He died at age 84 and was later buried.
